Center for Creative Training Association (CCTA) is a non-profit organisation, established to work for a change in the field of education and training. CCTA’s activities are focused on educational transformation, lifelong learning and youth activities.

CCTA provides know-how, support and advices to the Bulgarian educational organisations for a digital transformation through cloud technology solutions.

Addressing the qualification needs of the educators, CCTA provides short term in-service training courses on programs approved by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science. The programs are intended to support teachers’ professional development and to update their skills with the latest innovations in the classroom.

CCTA’s training procedures are ISO 9001:2015 certified.

The Center is partner for Bulgaria of the Space Camp Turkey – youth camp offering STEAM training, which every year attracts hundreds teenagers from European and Asian countries with an intensive program in sciences, technologies and teamwork. On national level CCTA organizes science camps for young people which offer a program with versatile topics at each session.

Many projects initiated and carried out by CCTA are addressing the needs of young people of meaningful education and acquisition of knowledge and skills for the 21st century.

CCTA is active in the implementation of educational projects, funded by EU programs, national and international donors and funds.

The Center’s main office is situated in Sofia. It has regional offices in Plovdiv and Varna.

Panevezys District Education Centre (Education Center) is a public non-profit organization founded by the Council of Panevėžys District Municipality in 1995. It is located in Panevėžys, Lithuania. The purposes of Education Center are to develop professional competence of the members of schools‘ communities and promote the dissemination of perspective pedagogical innovations. It provides  in-service training for the communities of 20 schools situated mainly in Panevėžys district. While fulfilling the vision of a life-long learning society, Education Centre responds to the priorities of the national educational, schools and individual trainees‘ needs.

While reflecting upon the challenges and needs of the present educational context, Education Center offers needed quality trainings, workshops, seminars and consultations for its audience. It reacts upon the requests of education orientated communities and facilitates courses by needed experts and acknowledged trainers-practitioners.

Education Centre presents activities and learning partnership projects as well as develops relationships with various communities, (non-)governmental organizations and foreign partners. For instance, during 2017–2020, with partners from Italy, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Greece, Poland, Germany, North Macedonia, Croatia and Malta, Education Center implemented nine “Erasmus+“ projects.

It also coordinates the Third Age University of Panevezys district which involves 666 senior students.

Uskudar District National Education (ÜSKÜDAR MEM) is the oldest and ancient district of Istanbul. Its population is over 330.000 and Uskudar District National Education was established in 1926. In the region there are 342 public schools and 136 private schools, 168.000 students. 82 of these schools are kindergarten, 52 of them primary and 39 of them secondary schools and 172 of them high schools. More than 7200 teachers work in different levels of schools and 196 staffs are assigned for administrative work within the district national education directorate. Also ÜSKÜDAR MEM manages public courses, lifelong learning and adult education centres and special care education schools. On the other hand, there are science and youth centres and Children University where gifted pupils can have education. Strategy and Development Department is in charge of supervising all projects carried out within the district. 12 national and 5 European Projects are coordinated by Uskudar MEM. Üsküdar District MEM has been coordinating Science and Art Festival with the participation of more 120 pre-primary, primary and middle schools in a huge exhibition area since 2015. The aim of this festival is to exhibit the outcomes of the students that they produce whole year. Apart from this, it provides an opportunity for students to substantially deepen their explorations into a broad range of scientific disciplines. They can explore the wonders of science guided by leading researchers and educators. The Parent and teacher seminars, where 25 Special Education classes are equipped and 15 formative trainer training certificates are supported within the scope of the “Education, Equipment, Development (EDGE)” project, which is supported by the Istanbul Development Agency 2018 Children and Youth financial support program and carried out by the Üsküdar District National Education Directorate. The Project for Strengthening Pre-School Education carried out by the Ministry of National Education and UNICEF at Doğubayazıt locality 2010.

Danmar Computers is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Company staff has an extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. They also have long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares trainings tailored to the needs of various learners. Danmar Computers has carried out European Union educational programs, among others: Progress, former Leonardo da Vinci and Grundtvig, currently Erasmus+ and Horizon2020. In many of these projects Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies. Danmar Computers is also the developer and provider of AdminProject, the on-line system for management of European projects.
All activities of the company are based on a wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organisations as well as private sector companies. International network includes partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. The University of Crete (UoC) is a multi-disciplinary, research-oriented public educational institution. Located at campuses in Heraklion and Rethymnon on the island of Crete, a site rich in ancient and modern Mediterranean cultures, the University offers a vibrant social and intellectual environment for research and education. Established in 1973, the University accepted its first students in 1977-78. It now has 17 Departments in 5 Schools (Philosophy, Education, Social Sciences, Sciences & Engineering, and Medicine) as well as a number of affiliated institutions, including the Skinakas Observatory, the Natural History Museum, and the University General Hospital. Research and research training activities at the University of Crete are organized along the lines of the Divisions within each Department. Research activity follows the classic academic model insofar as it is driven by the initiatives of scholars and scientists in developing their own curiosity-driven or practice-based projects or working in collaboration with other research groups. These collaborations mirror the increasingly multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary character of both basic and applied research, which is also reflected in the interdisciplinary character of many of the University’s postgraduate studies programmes. Consistent with its research orientation, the University of Crete is the first Greek University to have signed the EU Charter and the Code for the recruitment of researchers, and forms part of the EURAXESS European network for the mobility of researchers.  The University fully participates in quality assurance mechanisms and is committed to meeting quality standards both for its academic and administrative structures. Currently, over 14,000 undergraduates and 2500 postgraduate students are registered at the University of Crete. They are educated by an outward looking academic faculty of around 500 members, supported by adjunct lecturers, post-doctoral researchers, and laboratory instructors as well as technical and administrative staff. The Department of Preschool Education at the University of Crete is experienced in running courses using different LMS (e-class, Moodle, etc.).

The Department of Preschool Education is one of the 17 Departments of the University of Crete. The Department has a two-fold aim: (a) to provide quality teaching and initial training and preparation for its students and (b) to promote educational research and pedagogic applications. The Department holds and runs successfully 4 research laboratories: (a) Pedagogical-Educational Research and Applications, (b) Research in Psychology, (c) Research on Drama and Artistic/Aesthetics Education, (d) Music and Psycho-kinetics Education. The Department of Preschool Education also houses and runs successfully the “In-service Preschool Teachers Training Centre”. The Centre specializes in: (a) General Education Preschool Curricula and Praxis, (b) Education for Special Needs young children, with emphasis on early intervention programmes.

UVT is a 28 years old state university which appearance was determined by objective requests of Romanian Higher Education Development, decentralization of the huge university centres, but also, by the existence of the valuable human potential and old cultural and historical traditions in Dambovita Region. Nowadays, UVT structure comprises 10 faculties and 3 departments that propose 34 bachelor degree specializations (long-term courses of 3 or 4 years), 34 master’s degree programmes (courses of 1-2 years), 6 doctoral studies directions, but also teacher training courses and distance / lifelong learning courses. At present, around 7000 students attend all forms of study under the competent guidance of approximately 300 teachers, organized in 19 educational departments.

As a sustainable university, UVT creates – through education – citizens aware of the changes required by a new way of leaving who act on the economic, social, cultural and informational environment, in order to create a human society capable of long-term development. At the moment, UVT is actively involved in the realization of a multicultural Europe and contributes to the affirmation of its human and democratic values. The institution acted/acts as coordinator or partner in various national and international projects, in the frame of different programmes. At international level, projects under the European frameworks like TEMPUS, Socrates, LLP, FP7, Erasmus+, etc. contributed not only to develop the potential and the scientific expertise of the staff, but also to increase the European cooperation and awareness. By its large connections with the pre-university system, the University ensures the continuous professional development of in-service teachers in all the areas which ensures also the preparation of pre-service ones. In addition, most of the continuous professional development programmes have been organized with the means of modern didactic methodologies and e-learning facilities. In this respect, the mission and the tasks of the institution come in accordance to the project activities and tasks, being oriented on developing teacher training programme, establishing frames for limiting school drop-out issues, using ICT for educational purposes and strengthening the European cooperation and awareness.

UVT acted as coordinator or partner of many national and international projects. Some of them had a crucial role on promoting new teaching methodologies and pedagogical strategies, as the institution was a pioneer in developing and undertaking continuing professional development programmes for Romanian teachers, having as subject new orientations in education, including the development of learning activities in formal / informal / non-formal settings, dedicated to all educational levels.

The associated partners are education institutions which are involved in the Early Childhood Education area – mainly, kindergartens and schools (small and medium organisations) being oriented to the teaching of children (formally and informally), up to the age of 10 years old, approximative up to the equivalent of fourth grades.

The University provides kindergarten and primary teacher education with all the necessary elements for running pedagogic programs within the Romanian national framework.

Two Departments of the University – Teacher Training Department and Educational Sciences Department – ensure the psycho-pedagogical training of the students, the initial training of the future pre-primary and primary teachers, as well as the professional development of the teaching staff from the pre-university education, in order to develop the professional and transversal competences necessary for promoting modern didactic and student-centered approaches. The activities carried out – initial training for teaching staff, in-service teacher training or scientific research – are tailored to European educational standards and are geared towards meeting the requirements of the contemporary society and current education priorities.

One of those priorities is oriented on sustaining the education activities and the teachers from kindergartens and schools. In this respect, the university offers its whole support – together with educators and community – and assume its responsibility for upholding all students to reach their personal best. In this respect, the university supports the growth and development of all children, including their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical features.
