SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE EVALUATIONS AND CRITERIA
Notification of Acceptance: October 2023
Limited number of NGSS project grants are available to cover the costs to take part in the International Science Event “Policies, Practices and Qualifications in Inclusive STEAM Learning in Early School Education” for contributors who will present the successful implementation of relevant policies, best practices, related initiatives or finalised projects covering similar thematic aspects. The grants will cover the conference fee, accommodation, meals and local transfers strictly connected to the event.
The following criteria for selection of sponsored participants in the International Science Event will be considered:
1. The contribution have to address at least one of the conference topics and to provide added value to the conference agenda;
2. Contributions has to be submitted and presented in English;
3. In case of equal qualities, preferences will be given to contributions presenting experience from educational practices and national policy contexts over reporting of other project results;
4. Promoters of projects which are already finalised and therefore can’t cover their costs will be eligible to apply;
5. Applications will only be considered from countries eligible for participation in the Erasmus+ program.
6. An overall balance of the topics’ representation will be sought with the view of avoiding too many presentations on one and the same conference topic.
The scientific committee of the conference reserves the right not to distribute all the funds available for grants.
