Örsan Özkan

Örsan Özkan was born in Kayseri in 1978. He worked as the principal at Ümraniye Aşağı Dudullu Primary School between 2008-2010 and Sancaktepe Kemal Türkler Primary School between 2010-2014. Between 2014 and 2022, he served as the principal of 3rd Selim Primary School.

Özkan, who has taken part in many national and international projects, continues to work as Head of Branch responsible for Private Education Institutions Branch Directorate “B” (MTSK), Strategy Development Branch Directorate and Teacher Training and Development – In-Service Training within Üsküdar District Directorate of National Education.
